I'm 71 High School golf coach and a 9 handicap. I've used many different training AIDS. This is the best I have worked with. I use a 25 times a day twice a day. It is made a difference in my impact position and it has added distance. The great thing about this product is you can see it and you can feel it. What I like to do is take my left thumb off of the grip and grab my right wrist with left thumb and practice with the 300 yard impact and it holds the right angle and I get a perfect impact on the wall. I take it to the course swing five times with it on take it off and hit my shot. Distance isn't everything but great impact is. Last thing by putting your foot up against the wall you create great balance and feel the weight shifting.

Looking forward to using it with my high school golfers. It's made a difference in my impact position. Great product. The best part about it is the simplicity. We try to make golf a difficult game. And we need to focus on impact and finish
