300 Yard Impact does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that the use of 300 Yard Impact training aid is free of any kind of injuries to anyone such as humans, animals, property etc. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the 300 Yard Impact training aid is at your sole risk. 300 Yard Impact and its affiliates are not liable for any kind of injuries or harm that results from the usage of the 300 Yard Impact training aid.
We will do our best to allow you to place an order based on existing inventory. However, there may be times when we are out of our inventory but due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to fulfill it immediately due to product outages. In such cases, we will reach out to you and inform you on when the product will be available next. You can either choose to get your money back or get the product when we get it back in stock. The refund process for the product will take ~5-6 weeks and your money will be credited back to your original payment method.
300 Yard Impact ships packages only via USPS. We are not able to ship under your own personal shipping account number.
Typically, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on the weekend i.e. Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. With our free shipping option, please allow 5-7 business days for U.S. domestic delivery. If you chose expedited shipping, please allow 2-3 days. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please email email@example.com. Rush deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. Your shipment tracking number will be provided to you via email when the order ships out. You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day by going to usps.com.
Any shipping or transit time offered to you by 300 Yard Impact and our partners/ other third parties are only estimates. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We ship international orders via USPS International First Class. Once they clear US Customs, orders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on your location, how quickly the shipment passes through your country’s customs department, and then how long your countries postal service takes to deliver the package. International Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. International customers should check with their local government and postal service concerning such charges.
State Sales tax will be charged on orders delivered to TX.

300 Yard Impact warrants its training aid to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days . We will repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal and customary use within 90 days after the first date of purchase from our website at www.300yardimpact.com. At our discretion, we may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. If the product is no longer available, and repair is not reasonably possible, the defective item will be replaced with a comparable product. Warranty Returns must be made by making a warranty claim.
You must include your original packing slip or a print out of your confirmation email with your return. If you no longer have your packing slip or confirmation email, please email email@example.com.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: damages caused by third parties or by abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident. Further, the warranty does not cover products that have been repaired or modified. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. 300 Yard Impact LLC will be the final decision maker of whether the product will or will not be covered under warranty. We will not accept CODs or third party billing for returned merchandise.
WARRANTY RETURN SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred to send back products for warranty repairs. Customer is required to pack the item(s) being returned safely, in appropriate sized packaging and with adequate packing material. 300 Yard Impact will cover costs to ship repaired product back to the customer.
Given the COVID pandemic, we do not accept any returns in order to prioritize health and safety precautions for our employees.
